Winter Wings Travel and Tourism LLC provides travel planning and booking services for individuals and groups. Our services include but are not limited to flight reservations, hotel bookings, transportation arrangements, tour packages, and travel insurance.

Booking Process

  • To book any travel services with us, you must provide accurate information including your name, contact details, travel preferences, and payment information
  • Booking requests can be made through our website, by email, or by phone.
  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
  • Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation along with the details of your itinerary.

Payment

  • Payment for all travel services must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise specified.
  • We accept payment via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other methods as agreed upon.
  • Prices quoted are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation policies vary depending on the travel service booked and the supplier's terms and conditions.
  • You must notify us of any cancellations in writing as soon as possible.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy of the respective supplier.
  • Winter Wings Travel and tourism LLC reserves the right to impose cancellation charges or service fees for cancelled reservations.

Amendment Policy 

  • In case a client wishes to prepone /postpone his or her travel dates, we request you to kindly reach us 15 days prior to the journey date via email/SMS..
  • The customers can prepone /postpone their tour once without any additional charges (if intimated before 15 days of travel date in written). However postponing & preponing is subject to each service provider ( whose services are involved in this booking ) cancellation and amendment policy. Also an amendment for a second time will attract additional charges.
  • Also note that few service providers (Hoteliers, Transporter etc.) may apply postpone/prepone charges even after meeting the above requirement. In such cases postpone/prepone charges will be deducted from the advance amount deposited.
  • In all prepone or postpone scenarios, the services and the costing will be subject to availability of Hotels and service providers,  also a rate difference based on season or off season may apply.
  • We do not accept any changes in plan within 15 days of travel date. However in rare cases like adverse climatic conditions, pandemic or war, packages can be postponed, which will be intimated to you beforehand unless the changes were in an emergency.
  • The validity to utilize your advance payment in prepone/postpone scenarios is 1 Year from the date of advance payment.
  • The advance payment and the invoice Number allotted to you, are transferable** i.e. you can pass on your booking to any of your friends/ relatives. (Please Note: In order to transfer your booking you must meet the above terms and conditions first).

Travel Documents ( PASSPORT / PERMIT / VISA )

  • It is the responsibility of the passenger to ensure that you have all necessary valid travel documents including passports, visas, and vaccinations required for your trip.
  • The standard validity of a travel document required for international travel is typically six months beyond the intended date of departure from the destination country. However, this requirement can vary depending on the specific country and its immigration regulations. It's essential to check the entry requirements of the destination country well in advance of your travel date to ensure compliance with their regulations regarding passport validity.
  • It is the sole responsibility of the passenger to ensure that all passengers traveling along possess a valid visa to travel to an international destination. Additionally, passengers must verify their eligibility and the validity of their documents if the country they are traveling to offers a visa on arrival facility.
  • Winter Wings Travel and Tourism LLC shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from the failure of passengers to obtain or provide necessary travel documents. This includes, but is not limited to, denial of entry into any country or territory, refusal of a visa by an embassy, or denial of emigration clearance from the country of departure or at the country of arrival.

Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.
  • Winter Wings Travel and Tourism LLC can assist you in purchasing travel insurance upon request.

Limitation of Liability

  • Winter Wings Travel and Tourism LLC acts as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, surface transporters, cruise lines, activity operators, guides, local tour operators, etc.).
  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising from the acts or omissions of these third-party suppliers.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the travel services booked through us.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • Winter Wings Travel and Tourism LLC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Arab Emirates.
