2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refunds for Cancellations:

  • Refunds for cancellations are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.).
  • We will process refunds within 07 working days of receiving confirmation from the supplier.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the booking.

2.2 Partial Refunds:

  • If only a portion of the travel services is cancelled, refunds will be issued according to the cancellation policies of each individual service.
  • Any applicable cancellation fees or service fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

2.3 Non-Refundable Services:

  • Some travel services may be non-refundable or have stricter cancellation policies.
  • Non-refundable bookings will not be eligible for any refunds.

3. Refund Processing

3.1 Requesting Refunds:

  • To request a refund, please contact our customer service team. 
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing and include the booking reference number and reason for cancellation.
  • This communication should be done in writing. Additionally, ensure that you receive a receipt of your cancellation request from the company representative for your records. 

3.2 Refund Timeline:

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on the supplier and payment method used.
  • We will make every effort to process refunds promptly, but please allow a minimum 10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account in usual cases.

4. Exceptions

4.1 Force Majeure Events:

  • In cases of force majeure events such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances, cancellation and refund policies may be subject to change.
  • We will work with our suppliers to provide the best possible solutions in such situations.

5. Changes to the Policy

5.1 Policy Updates:

  • Winter Wings Travel and Tourism LLC reserves the right to amend this cancellation and refund policy at any time without prior notice.
