2. Refund Policy

- Refunds for cancellations are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.).
- We will process refunds within 07 working days of receiving confirmation from the supplier.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the booking.
2.2 Partial Refunds:
- If only a portion of the travel services is cancelled, refunds will be issued according to the cancellation policies of each individual service.
- Any applicable cancellation fees or service fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
2.3 Non-Refundable Services:
- Some travel services may be non-refundable or have stricter cancellation policies.
- Non-refundable bookings will not be eligible for any refunds.

- We will make every effort to process refunds promptly, but please allow a minimum 10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account in usual cases.

- In cases of force majeure events such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances, cancellation and refund policies may be subject to change.
- We will work with our suppliers to provide the best possible solutions in such situations.
5. Changes to the Policy
5.1 Policy Updates:
