* Winter Wings Travel and tourism LLC reserves the right to impose cancellation charges or service fees for cancelled reservations.

This policy need not be applicable to Airline / Cruise ships / limited seat offer packages / Packages already amended once etc...
   • Cancellations made within 15-30 days of the booking/ travel date may incur a cancellation fee or forfeit a percentage of the booking cost, depending on the service provider's policy.
   • Cancellations made within the last 14 days prior to the booking/ travel date: Cancellation charges will apply, including fees imposed by service providers, bank or transaction charges, and administrative/service charges.

2. Refund Process:
